Choose Your Grill

Pre-Heat and Keep It Greasy

The key to having perfectly grilled meat starts with setting the right temperature. Ideally, you should preheat the grill some 15 to 25 minutes before you actually put the meat on. Set your grill to 400-450°F for high, 350-400°F for medium-high, 300-350°F for medium and 250-300°F for low heat.

Stick With It

While you don’t want the meat to stick onto the grill, you’d want to stick to the barbecue close by. You need to watch out for flame flare ups and time it well for when you’re supposed to turn the meat. A perfectly grilled meat is just burnt right on the outside by keeps juicy inside. Leave it on for too long and it’s going to end up dry and burnt to a crisp, but take it out too early and you risk serving it super rare. Don’t forget to constantly marinate too, to make sure you lock those juicy flavors in.
